The Junxion is a producer/director partnership founded by producer Chris Boorman and director Jim Robinson. The pair met at university back in 2007 during their media production course and instantly connected over a beer and their love for film. Fortunately they paired in the same classes, where they worked together on various projects cumulating in winning the ‘Film of the Year’ at the Lincoln Media Awards. This was the foundation for a shared dream of creating a production company together.
Jim went into editing at the renowned ‘Post House: The Quarry’, assisting and learning from Paul Watts, who has been voted ‘Best Editor’ more times than you can count. Chris learnt his craft at commercials production company ‘Gorgeous’. Founded by Chris Palmer and the late Frank Budgen, two pioneers in commercials who have been a great inspiration . Here is where Jim and Chris furthered their craft from the best in the industry.
Fast Forward to 2023, ‘The Junxion’ was formed.
A full service production studio and crew representation company. Our vision is simple; to join brands with quality production and highly skilled crew with great projects.
